What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are synthetic lashes designed to resemble natural human eyelashes. They are attached individually to your existing lashes, not your skin. Classic extensions involve one synthetic lash per natural lash, while volume extensions use multiple thinner extensions on one lash. Hybrid extensions combine these styles, eliminating the need for mascara. Our meticulous service ensures a natural look that's indistinguishable from real lashes. We offer various sizes, thicknesses, and curls.

At The Lash Studio Venice, we use synthetic "silk" and "mink-like" lashes exclusively, avoiding real mink due to loss of curl when wet and prioritizing cruelty-free products.

 Prepare for your eyelash extension appointment by:

1. Removing all eye makeup and cleansing your lashes with a mild, oil-free cleanser.

2. Avoiding oil-based makeup removers to ensure proper extension application and adhesive curing.

3. Showering or exercising beforehand since you should keep your extensions dry for 24 hours post-application.

4. If you wear contact lenses, remove them and wear glasses to your appointment or bring a lens case to remove them upon arrival.

5. Allocate 1.5 to 2 hours for your full set appointment, during which you'll lie down with your eyes closed.

6. Feel free to bring headphones for music, podcasts, audiobooks, meditation, or simply relax and enjoy a lash nap!

Everyones health and safety are very important so the following precautions are currently in effect:

Masks are optional

All linens are replaced and surfaces wiped between appointments

Appointments are scheduled with no overlapping to keep distancing in effect

And of course all instruments are thoroughly sanitized between clients
